Thank you for visiting and shopping at MyBody1.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery time varies according to destination. In the USA and UK orders should arrive within just 5 business days. Shipments to other countries can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks. We always do our utmost to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If there is any significant delay, we will be in touch with you by email with updated information as soon as possible.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

US and UK orders almost never incur any issues or fees related to customs. That said, please read the following. At MyBody1.com, we do our best to package your products in a way that ensures no issues or fees are incurred by our customers. Nonetheless, MyBody1.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

At MyBody1, we package our products securely, and always provide tracking numbers for shipping. We may use a variety of couriers including FedEx, UPS, or the local Postal Service. MyBody1.com is not liable in the unlikely event that any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

That said, if you have experienced any unfortunate damages, you can always contact us and we will do our best to assist in any way we can.
